thank you for visiting and shopping at rock the usa. Our products are made to order and processed within 5-7 business days and ship in one to two weeks. Flag and Custom Orders take an additional two to three weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email. We sincerely thank you for your purchase. if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, You may return the item within 30 days of receipt if your product is in its original condition.
